Opposition imaging

Hello everybody,


As I promised you earlier, here's an exercise that I found quite fascinating, that will definitely help you leading a better & happier life:



Whenever a negative thought (anger, sadness, hopelessness, fear, weakness, tiredness) comes into your mind, do this:


Make an image in your mind - Just opposite of the negative thought that came into your mind. Start acting like the new positive image you have in your mind now.
Almost instantaneously, you'll feel amazing changes in your mood.

A few examples to help you:

Sad = See yourself smiling & do smile.
Angry = See yourself laughing.
Tired = See yourself dancing & start tapping your foot.
Weak = See yourself strong & throw some punches in the air.
Fearful = See yourself confident filled with courage.

I believe that it will help you as much as it has done to the people who are, were & have been world- class.

Believe in yourself friends. You are unique - No one can have your place in this world.

Make your life a true masterpiece.
